Insurance I am not a provider with insurance plans. Payment is due at the time of service. I am happy to supply you with a comprehensive receipt to submit so that you may be reimbursed.
Reduced Fee Reduced fee arrangements are made on a case by case basis.

Cancellation Policy If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
